The 76ers outrebounded the Spurs 55-48 last night but it just didn’t matter.  Lou Williams led the way for the Sixers in this game with 22 points, 4 rebounds and 4 assists in 29 minutes on the floor.  Andre Iguodala (17 points, 7 rebounds, 4 assists and 2 steals), Thaddeus Young (16 points, 7 rebounds, 4 assists and 1 blocked shot) and Jrue Holiday (15 points, 4 rebounds, 7 assists and 1 steal) also pitched in with solid games for the Sixers last night.  Elton Brand returned to action after missing a couple of games due to injury as he finished up with 11 points, 13 rebounds, 1 assist and 3 blocked shots.  The 76ers are now 18-8 on the year.
