The Philadelphia 76ers shot 54.1% from the floor last night and it was a huge reason for the nice home win.  Jrue Holiday led the way for the Sixers last night with 24 points, 2 rebounds and 12 assists).  Thaddeus Young (22 points and 9 rebounds) and Lou Williams (15 points, 4 rebounds and 5 assists) also pitched in with the Sixers last night.  Spencer Hawes and Jodie Meeks each pitched in with 12 points apiece in this game.  The 76ers are now 39-36 on the year.

The 76ers got a huge win on the road last night against the Bulls.  Thaddeus Young (21 points, 7 rebounds, 2 assists, 2 steals and 4 blocked shots in only 25 minutes on the floor) and Andre Iguodala (19 points, 7 rebounds, 7 assists, 2 steals and 1 blocked shot) led the way for the Sixers last night.  Spencer Hawes also filled up the stat sheet with 14 points, 4 rebounds, 1 assist, 1 steal and 2 blocked shots last night.  Elton Brand (13 points), Jrue Holiday (12 points) and Lou Williams (10 points) also pitched in for the Sixers last night.  The 76ers are now 38-36 on the year.

The 76ers were outrebounded 58-36 in this game but they hung tight until O.T. when they were outscored 14-11.  Jrue Holiday led the way for the Sixers last night with 28 points, 9 rebounds, 7 assists and 1 blocked shot.  Jodie Meeks (22 points and 1 assist) and Spencer Hawes (16 points, 15 rebounds, 4 assists, 1 steal and 1 blocked shot) also had big games for the Sixers last night.  Andre Iguodala (16 points) and Elton Brand (15 points) also pitched in for the 76ers in this game.  The 76ers are now 37-36 on the year.

The Sixers were outrebounded 49-31 last night and they were outscored 34-17 in the 4th quarter which is what cost them this game.  Lou Williams led the way for the Sixers with 24 points, 5 assists and 2 steals in only 25 minutes on the floor.  Thaddeus Young (15 points, 8 rebounds and 2 assists) and Jodie Meeks (14 points, 1 rebound and 3 steals) also had solid games for the Sixers last night.  Jrue Holiday (13 points), Spencer Hawes (13 points) and Andre Iguodala (10 points) also pitched in for the Sixers last night.  The 76ers are now 37-35 on the year.

The 76ers outscored the Hawks 31-20 in the 4th quarter to prevail last night.  Lou Williams (17 points, 2 rebounds and 3 assists), Thaddeus Young (16 points, 6 rebounds, 1 assist, 1 steal and 1 blocked shot) and Andre Iguodala (15 points, 5 rebounds, 4 assists and 1 steal) led the way for the Sixers last night.  Jodie Meeks (15 points), Elton Brand (13 points and 11 rebounds), Jrue Holiday (12 points) and Spencer Hawes (10 points) also pitched in for the 76ers last night.  The 76ers are now 37-34 on the year.

Andre Iguodala has really played well lately for the Philadelphia 76ers

27-year old small forward Andre Iguodala really has played pretty well for the Sixers so far in March.  He has played in 10 games for the 76ers so far this month and he is averaging 36.1 minutes, 15.0 points, 6.6 rebounds, 8.1 assists and 1.8 steals per game.  Iguodala is also shooting 42.4%  from three point range so far this month and he has two triple-doubles in March.  Iguodala has now played in 57 games (all starts) in which he is averaging 36.8 minutes, 14.3 points, 6.0 rebounds, 6.5 assists and 1.6 steals per game.  Iguodala, like the rest of the Sixers, have bought into Doug Collins’ team approach to basketball which will likely get them to the playoffs this year.

The 76ers didn’t play any D as the Blazers shot 51.4% from the floor which did them in last night.  Lou Williams (24 points, 1 rebound, 4 assists and 1 steal) and Thaddeus Young (19 points, 6 rebounds, 2 assists and 2 steals) led the way for the Sixers last night.  Jodie Meeks also had a solid game with 17 points, 1 rebound, 3 assists and 1 steal also had a very solid game for the 76ers last night.  Elton Brand and Andres Nocioni each pitched in with 10 points last night.  The 76ers are now 36-34 on the year.

The Sixers held the Kings to 34.5% shooting from the floor as they raced out to a 80-54 lead after the first three quarters before calling off the dogs.  Jrue Holiday led the way for the Sixers last night with 15 points, 9 rebounds, 5 assists, 4 steals and 1 blocked shot.  Lou Williams (14 points, 2 rebounds, 4 assists and 2 steals in 20 minutes on the court) and Andre Iguodala (13 points, 7 rebounds, 9 assists and 3 steals) also had solid games for the Sixers last night.  Elton Brand filled up the stat sheet with 10 points, 6 rebounds, 1 assist, 1 steal and 1 blocked shot last night.  The 76ers are now 36-33 on the year.
