The Philadelphia 76ers have five free agents this summer
The 76ers have five free agents hitting the open market this summer. Actually they might only have three as Jason Kapono is likely to exercise his player option and Willie Green might decide not to opt out of his contract. It won’t hurt the Sixers to have both of those guys back for 2010-11. Rodney Carney is probably another player the Sixers wouldn’t mind bringing back as long as the price is right. Francisco Elson and Allen Iverson are goners for sure this summer.

What are you talking about?
1. Those guys are awful
2. If they come back the Sixers are over the luxury tax
3. Both of them combined make 11 million which could be used for other players (Hakim Warrick, C.J Watson, etc.)
It looks like the Sixers are going to be over the luxury tax then Stan. I don’t see Green or Kapono in any rush to leave the Sixers and hit the free agent market.
