The Philadelphia 76ers are going to name Doug Collins as their new head coach tomorrow

Blogged under Big Sixers News,Bloglockers,Comings & Goings,Front Page,General by alleyoop on Thursday 20 May 2010 at 9:35 pm

The 76ers have signed 57-year old Doug Collins to be the new head coach. Collins last coached in 2002-03 with the Wizards and he led them to a 37-45 (45.1%) record missing the playoffs. He has 8 years of head coaching experience in the NBA and he has compiled a 332-287 (53.6%) record during the regular season and he is 15-23 (39.5%) in the post season. He is famous for being Michael Jordan’s first coach in Chicago before he was replaced by the now legendary Phil Jackson. Collins will likely be a huge improvement over Eddie Jordan but that won’t be too hard to do.

The sumatra backpack is a small little rucksack that is bright and versatile. This back pack comes with two main pockets, a handy bottle pocket and has adjustable straps.
