The Sixers outshot the Bucks 54.3% to 38% and they also outrebounded them 45-33 which explains why they beat them so easy last night. Andre Iguodala led the way for the Sixers with 18 points, 6 rebounds and 5 assists. Andre Miller pitched in with 14 points, 2 rebounds and 7 assists. Thaddeus Young had a solid game off of the bench also with 14 points, 8 rebounds and 3 assists in 26 minutes off of the bench. The 76ers are now 18-28 on the season.

Philadelphia 76ers 103, Charlotte Bobcats 96

The 76ers had a huge third quarter as they outscored the Bobcats 33-16 and they made it stand up on the scoreboard. Andre Iguodala led the way for the Sixers with 33 points, 6 rebounds, 5 assists and 2 blocked shots. Andre Miller had a solid game of running the offense with 23 points, 4 rebounds and 9 assists. Louis Williams pitched in with 12 points and 2 rebounds off of the bench. The 76ers are now 17-28 on the season.

The 76ers lost a dog of a basketball game last night in New York. Andre Iguodala led the way for the Sixers with 24 points, 6 rebounds, 3 assists and 3 steals. Willie Green pitched in with 13 points, 2 rebounds and 2 assists. Samuel Dalembert was busy as he finished up with 12 points, 5 rebounds and 2 blocked shots. The 76ers fell to 16-28 on the season with this loss.

Detroit Pistons 86, Philadelphia 76ers 76

The Sixers outrebounded the Pistons 47-33 last night which makes the final score look even more amazing. Willie Green led the way for the Sixers with 16 points and 2 rebounds. Andre Iguodala had a solid game with 15 points, 5 rebounds and 5 assists. Louis Williams had a good game off of the bench with 13 points, 2 rebounds and 3 assists in only 24 minutes. The 76ers are now 16-27 on the season with this loss.

The Sixers didn’t play any defense last night and it doomed them as the Pacers shot 51.9% from the floor. Andre Iguodala led the way for the 76ers with 23 points, 5 rebounds, 5 assists and 2 steals. Andre Miller did a decent job of running the offense with 21 points, 4 rebounds and 5 assists. Louis Williams pitched in with 14 points, 2 rebounds and 3 assists. The 76ers fell to 16-26 on the season with this loss.

The 76ers were leading this game 76-56 heading into the 4th quarter but they had to hold on for dear life to win the game. Willie Green led the way for the Sixers with 23 points, 4 rebounds and 5 assists. Andre Iguodala had a solid game too with 20 points, 4 rebounds, 6 assists and 4 steals. Andre Miller did a good job of running the offense as he finished with 20 points, 2 rebounds, 5 assists and 3 steals. The Sixers improved to 16-25 on the season with this win.

Boston Celtics 116, Philadelphia 76ers 89

This game was a tale of two halves. The Sixers won the first half 57-54 but it just seemed to get the Celtics mad as they outscored the Sixers 62-32 in the 2nd half to cruise to an easy victory. The Sixers didn’t play any defense at all as the Celtics hit 58.9% of their shots from the floor and 63.6% (14 of 22) from three point range. Andre Iguodala led the way for the Sixers with 17 points, 5 rebounds, 6 assists and 4 steals. Samuel Dalembert was tough around the basket with 12 points and 10 rebounds. Andre Miller pitched in with 12 points, 7 rebounds, 4 assists and 2 steals. The 76ers are now 15-25 on the season after this loss.

Rodney Carney is having a sophomore slump for the Philadelphia 76ers

The 76ers expected Rodney Carney to be a big key off of the bench for them this season but he’s having a sophomore slump. Carney is only shooting 37.5% from the floor and 20.7% from three point range and he will start losing playing time if he doesn’t start to shoot better soon. Carney has played in 24 games this season for the Sixers and he’s averaging 14.0 minutes, 5.1 points, 2.0 rebounds and 0.5 assists per game.

The Philadelphia 76ers acquire Gordan Giricek from the Jazz

The 76ers have traded forward Kyle Korver to the Utah Jazz for shooting guard Gordan Giricek and a conditional first round pick. Giricek has played in 2 games so far for the Sixers and he has averaged 13.5 minutes, 5.0 points, 1.0 rebound and 0.5 assists per game. For the season, Giricek has played in 24 games and he has averaged 12.8 minutes, 4.4 points, 1.4 rebounds and 0.7 assists per game. Giricek is a solid player and a good shooter but he was in Jerry Sloan’s Dog House for being soft. The Sixers hope he can give them solid production off of the bench.
